What was your most memorable moment?
The hiking in Torres del Paine with our guide Cristina. The scenery was stunning and our guide was amazing. She so knowledgeable and passionate about all things Patagonia.

Definitely a must see destination.
Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
The accommodation was definitely up-sold by the Swoop representative, who apparently is no longer with the company.
How prepared and excited for Patagonia did you feel?
We were well prepared for, and excited to go to Patagonia. That's why the accommodation was so disappointing.
