Tell us about EcoCamp

Very impressed by the three visionaries set this camp up and have maintained it. It met all of our needs. The room was very comfortable. The bed was great. The guides were wonderful. The excursions were each unique in their own way and the history, culture, education along the way by the guides meant even more.

Tell us about Torres del Paine

The scenery is awe-inspiring everyday. Something new to explore and learn about. I really enjoyed the variations of each hike. The highlight may have been getting to the Base of Towers and seeing that lake amid snow flurries. It was like a wonderland!

Tell us about Los Glaciares

The glaciers were beyond expectations. One can't imagine the "blue" of the ice ,at the depth of the color, until you are close to them. They were magical.

Tell us about the Excursions

Our guide Victoria, to the glaciers was very good. She was very informative, very professional but also very friendly. Really appreciated all her information on the area, the flora, the "wild" cows and her arrangement of perfect weather for that day.

Tell us about the Trekking

The guides in Eco-Camp were very good. The one at the end of the French Valley trek kind of disappeared. She was moving so fast we couldn't keep up with her. Angel was terrific in guiding, teaching and herding his "cats".

Something Else?

I was disappointed in the response I received when we got to the bus station in El Calafate with no one to meet us. I attempted to contact the office (the number on the itinerary) but could not reach anyone. When someone did reply I was told I should read my itinerary. Not only had I read it, I printed it out and had it in my hand. There was another group from Eco-Camp who got picked up at the same time as us. We waited 20 minutes I even got assistance from one of the vendors inside the station. I felt this was a very unprofessional response.
