Tell us about Hotel Las Torres

Loved it! Clean, comfortable, very accomodating.

Tell us about Tierra del Fuego

Very cool, great experience.

Tell us about Iguazu

Falls were amazing, accommodations were not.

Tell us about Torres del Paine

Wonderful, beautiful, and challenging!

Tell us about the Excursions

Guides were anywhere from very good to “okay but still some room for growth.”

Tell us about the Zodiac

Zodiacs were fun, guides were always named Sebastian (not really, but often), and they were great, pointing out cool sights.

Tell us about the Wildlife

So much fun! So many things that to me were exotics! Condors, guanacos, caracaras, lapwings, and a puma!

Tell us about the Trekking

Wished I could have done more!

Tell us about the Horseriding

Didn’t try this, but it looked like fun, and the horses were beautiful.

Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?

We were fortunate to a have a fluent Spanish speaker in our group. Talk your fluent friend into going with you, as it just makes things that much easier.

Has your experience changed your perspective in any way?

Loved Chile. Not so much Santiago, but everywhere else, and everyone (including in Santiago) was very helpful.

How prepared and excited for Patagonia did you feel?

I do not want to plan and preview every step before I go, so I looked at the packing lists, but I didn’t read up much, or watch a bunch of documentaries or anything.
