Hello, I provided my international flight information quite a while ago and was assured that it would be added to my trip information. I am still seeing that it has not been added. I am a bit concerned about the communication between Swoop and Exito Travel. I have used a number of companies to plan trips to Africa, Southeast Asia and the Middle East and it was seamless. Tell us about Hotel Las Torres
Really enjoyed the hotel location, food, comfortable room and hikes.
Tell us about Tierra del Fuego
Fabulous experience! Ship was comfortable, great staff. Zodiac experience was safe and thrilling.
Tell us about Buenos Aires
Loved being in Buenos Aires. Disappointed to have been placed at a separate hotel from my travel companions. I was told this would only happen in Santiago. Never got a response from Swoop about this when we contacted them the night we arrived.

Thrilling. Felt very safe!
Tell us about the Trekking
Guides were generally excellent. Some provided more information than others. At times a guide led us but did not keep an eye out for slower hikers. On a particularly challenging portion of one hike, guide offered no assistance to guests.
Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
See comments in previous sections. Thanks to Danny for making it possible for me to join friends on this trip after in the process. I think the fact that so many people on the team were responsible for different aspects of the trip made communication imperfect. Would have loved a paper map of the area/hikes to peruse and as a keepsake.
How prepared and excited for Patagonia did you feel?
Well-prepared. We were never invited to a pre-trip session however. Good resources if you took the time to find them.
