Talia: Making it to the base of Las Torres on the last day of the W trek and celebrating with guides and the group at EcoCamp! Michael: Learning about the natural world from the highly knowledgeable guides on hikes in Torres del Paine, Los Glaciares, and Tierra del Fuego.

Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
Patagonia is a huge region with lots to offer but also can be overwhelming in the beginning to plan. We would recommend taking time doing some research to become familiar with the different regions and what each has to offer. Be prepared for the sun to set very late and to rise very early! Keep the extreme weather systems in mind when planing activities, particularly in Tierra del Fuego.
Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
Try to make sure that descriptions of activities continue to be up to date and line up with local tour operator's knowledge of the activities.
How prepared and excited for Patagonia did you feel?
We felt prepared for the W Trek, but not so prepared for the mountain biking and other activities in Tierra del Fuego (see earlier comments).
