Tell us about Hotel Rio Serrano
Accommodations exceeded expectations. The room was comfortable, the spa was great, the excursions and guides were professional and fun.
Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
Reiterating: you need to tighten up your tipping advice. Recommended hotel tip of USD 30-50 per person per night comes to USD60-100 for a couple, which is ridiculous. Also, knowing the cost of services would help in deciding what to tip. Surely the tip for a driver in the city should not be the same as for transfer from El Chalten to Torres del Paine, but without knowing the underlying cost it's difficult to determine the appropriate tip.
