Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
I strongly recommend implementing and enforcing the 5 keys in the kitchens supporting the food operations you use. It would significantly reduce the risk of this happening to someone else.
Has your experience changed your perspective in any way?
Not really. Pablo was fantastic. A great communicator and teller of tales. I love the place and will certainly try to come back after a serious fitness regime. I thoroughly enjoyed D1/2.
Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
See above. I am sorry my feedback is negative. I really didn't want it to be. If I hadn't been so very ill it would have been great

More prepared than I was, I accept that. Very excited- and not disappointed.
