You need a better system of communication qualifying peoples hiking ability and making it clear that if they are doing the 0 there isn’t a bail out point. 2 of our group would never have been able to complete the group and didn’t do much of the revised itinerary. This also meant when they did hike with us progress was really slow and hikes were cut short even though everyone else was very capable
Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
In the current uncertain climate of what’s open and what isn’t you really need to improve your communication. You also need to give people the option to accept or decline the revised itinerary as it is nothing like what people paid for with several days just driving around and not hiking. I honestly feel totally ripped off by you.
