What was your most memorable moment?
It's tough to pick just one. There were so many amazing memories. In some ways, the best part of the trip with the uninterrupted time as a family. But a really great memory was the day we kayaked in San Martin de los Andes. Just as we began wonder about lunch, we came upon a beach with a beautiful spread of food. We were all delighted to know that the food was for us! The food was fantastic, and the view was amazing.

This wasn't Swoop's fault per se, but the agent we worked with for our flights made several errors. One major one caught by our Swoop partner and others that felt like last minute changes that cost us more money. All local partners other than the air travel partner were excellent and very helpful.

How prepared and excited for Patagonia did you feel?
Any times we were not well prepared were because we failed to thoroughly review the info you sent.
