Tell us about EcoCamp
The loft room was horrible; way too hot upstairs not even offered a fan; also one outlet to plug all our iphones for camera purposes; the heater in bathroom hardly ever worked; cant even reach front desk other than walking there; so noisy due to wind cant even sleep; hot water not adequate ran out after one shower; excursions see my previous note; these should be tailored to the family; eco camp thinks they can offer the same excursions on certain days; for example in my four days they offered french twice; yet the day it poured it was sunny elsewhere and excursion should be modified ; the day they were offering base towers it was raining so we did it another day unguided this is unacceptable ; my daughters radio in distress they sent a guy sebastion to get me and he brought me back to camp only not to find my daughters there; what kind of person would do that; they are offering a hike cerrano that was so boring we almost cried; we could not wait to leave this pretentious place; it was horrible

It was probably the most boring park i ever ever visited; more than a day there is too much; boring repetitive hikes no park rangers it was disgusting; i have hiked all thru the usa and canada and europe and this was truly the most boring park i have ever been to; also why on earth would anyone recommend this to kids???
Tell us about the Excursions
My guides were so junior lack of knowledge' pretended to know things they did not knowany geology; one person complained how slow they were and wanted to go ahead they made a big deal of it; how hypocritical when we did base towers hike ourselves because they were not willing to change their schedule; the day they wanted to do it was rainy; so we went on a sunny day; they are not willing to accomodate guest who have travelled 2 days to get there to get the hikes u want to get done; they offer boring horrrible hikes and excursions like sitting on a boat for 9 hours to see a glacier when u could hike it; they cancel hikes yet they cant accomodate you if you want to do another hike; it was a horrible experience; disgusting waste of money

Pitiful service overall; they should never have recommended this to me; i should have never come; or done two days there and two days in argentina; never even suggested to me; the team is unresponsive and arrogant

You should be talking to guests to make sure it is a good fit your team members should respond right away cecilia was absent most of time at eco camp sebastian arrogant and xaviera about their way of running things; can u believe he picked up me and left my daughters during a distress call; manager not prepared to offer us a glacier hike instead of a boring cerrano hike because she was lazy
