Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
As mentioned, responses to questions and help to understand the experiences available was poor, making it hard to arrange our plans until we could engage with the hotel or other local people (ie not with Swoop people). Also, a lot of the material describing the activities is quite vague and the actual activities are different to what is described.
How prepared and excited for Patagonia did you feel?
Again, as we were not getting responses, we were not as well prepared as we could have been.
