What was your most memorable moment?
"memorable" seems like it's a positive thing. The thing I will remember most, however, is not positive. It was the racist and out-of-date, poverty porn masqueraded as an "education" talk about the Indigenous peoples of Patagonia and Tierra del Fuego. The fact that you all have been on this cruise and seen this talk in all it's complete racism, and you haven't said anything, you haven't tried to help them change it, is abhorrent. I was traumatized. I'm Indigenous, if that had been about my ancestors I would be enraged. Unfortunately, the genocide that occurred means that there are no ancestors to be enraged. So I cried. and I still can't get over it.

I have the allergies thing, but I know none of the information or where to find the information of what the name of the ship is, or any of that. Why isn't this included in the email? this is absolutely maddening and something that should just be included.

Tell us about Patagonia Camp
The first two days the food was terrible. On the 3rd day is was excellent. The change was SO VAST that I actually asked the head waiter if there was a new chef. The guides were excellent, but they were hindered by the system to be extraordinary. I have a really long google review that you might want to read.
Has your experience changed your perspective in any way?
Yes, I'm more disappointed in the crew at Swoop and especially Australis.

Get out of your adventure bubble -- there are social, culinary, historic, educational parts to these trips. Be more critical in your thoughts
