TdP was awesome. We also really like Perito Moreno. Iguazu Falls was unreal.

Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
I feel that the description of the excursions available were not as clear as we would have liked. It seemed like everyone assumed that we would have done the hike to the towers but we never really considered it. We really enjoyed the Lakes tour so it’s not like we didn’t have a great time. Just would have liked a little more transparency ahead of time. The Iguazu tour on the Argentinian side was not as well planned as it could have been. For starters it is critical to leave as early as possible in the morning to reduce the time at immigration to Argentina. We were scheduled to leave too late. Subsequently we ended up on the Argentinian side at the same time as hoards of others. Viewing Devil’s Throat was so crowded we basically took a few pics and left. Additionally our tour guide seem to have little interest in being a tour guide. On several occasions she just told us to walk somewhere and she stayed behind. At the very least she could have been present to offer to take some pics of us. She did do that when she was with us. But she didn’t seem to want to walk the extra steps and/or deal with crowds. Otherwise she was pleasant.
Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
In one or two occasions I needed to ask a question regarding an upcoming tour. I felt that the time to receive a call back was excessive. There should be someone on call 24/7 in my opinion. Fortunately the delay did not result in any issues.

Well prepared and excited.
