What was your most memorable moment?
The sunrise when we were on our way to Grey Lake glacier. The Horns were magnificently illuminated.

Tell us about EcoCamp
It was phantastic. The bungalows are beautifully appointed. The little wood stove is perfect. The bed was comfortable. Everything was cozy and clean. It was so nice to be greeted with a cocktail each evening. I would strongly advise to look at the plated evening meal. The meals were always excellent, but there was far too much waste. The meals are far too big, often even for my husband. Too much food is thrown away. Maybe you could look at offering 2 sizes of meals to cut down on the waste?

Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
Please assure that there is proper communication between Swoop and the ecocamp. Swoop had assured usd the that eco camp would be able to drive us to Punta Arenas by 2 pm, a time frame set by the Aurora Cruise. The eco camp had not received any communication to that effect from Swoop and was quite unwilling to change their morning departure time. They suggested that we hire a private driver and recover the funds from Swoop afterwards. Eventually, the departure time was advanced by 30 minutes which was barely enough. However, the driver of the van drove very fast. We did not appreciate this early morning stress.
