What was your most memorable moment?
Lunch our final day -- on the Cuernos leg of the W trek, westward from our Eco Camp lodgings, with a tight group of fellow vigorous travelers. Something about that look-out, looking at the central, highest, most geologically gorgeous section of the Torres del Paine massif, and with the full map of the W trek emblazoned in my brain (having covered 3 fragments in the 3 previous days' hikes), marked a culminating high.

Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
Be prepared for the difficulty of the longer ascent climbs, especially the Base of the Towers trek. That, and the overall experience, are not for the faint of heart.
Has your experience changed your perspective in any way?
My perspective has not changed but has, rather been reinforced. We sought an eco-friendly, rough, demanding but comfortable experience, and that's what we got.
Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
Chloe was excellent in all respects.
How prepared and excited for Patagonia did you feel?
Very well prepared. We stopped in Puerto Natales to supplement our clothing with warmer head-gear and foul-weather gear, and we used every item.
Would you consider another trip to Patagonia with Swoop?
