Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
Swoop was great! The on-site team that gave the brief the day before provided some incorrect information: - They said that plug in refugios were only USB and told us not to bring plugs (which was not the case, we should have brought plugs or both USB and plugs). - They said that wifi was free at night in the refugios but that you had to pay during the day. Swoop had provided the correct information on both of these points in advance, so it was confusing to hear this contradictory information the night before we left.
