What was your most memorable moment?
We enjoyed hiking to several remote areas with the guided tours in Chalten, Calafate, and EcoCamp. The car service was an integral part of the great experience.

Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
Make sure you plan for the outdoor elements with multiple layers of clothing that can be added or removed as conditions change. A good daypack that stores extra layers of clothing and has a refillable water bottle is a must. The wind can get pretty intense.
Has your experience changed your perspective in any way?
We get set in our daily routines and life's comforts without taking enough time to experience other parts of the world. This trip reminded me that I need to set aside more time for other countries and outdoor experiences.
Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
The team was perfect and extremely responsive to all of our needs as trip conditions fluctuated. We had a flight cancellation with Latam Airlines that was handled professionally with the support from Swoop and Exito travel agencies.
How prepared and excited for Patagonia did you feel?
I felt very well prepared and excited to explore the region.
