The everything in Patagonia is amazing. But the most unforgettable thing must be the moment right before my trip, you mailed me to say sorry you messed up with my tour booking on Moreno which I have fully payed three months ago and now there is nothing to do wih it but accept the frustrating result.

BTW, our 120USD pp Cristmas dinner served with uneatable rope and steel wool pad. No sorry received when I talk to the waiter. So maybe think twice before your next cooperation with this hotel.

Don't place complete trust in travel agencies. Double-checking is never unnecessary.
