Tell us about the Trekking
The Trek to Laguna de Los Tres was far more extreme and difficult compared to your description/literature. The Patagonia guide indicted this was an "extreme/difficult climb and more intense than your group described. Also, he shamed our small group to climb to top saying, "if one of you wants to quit or go back then the whole group would have to quit and go back as well.
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
Get accurate description of any excursions planned in the area.

Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
Again, better description of the excursions that match the local provider doing the tours. This issue with the Day 2 tour had us change/cancel our Day 3 outing. We should get a refund for that day of activity that we lost.
