What was your most memorable moment?
Highlight was mirardores hike at tdp. Low point wss being grabbed by a stranger who didn’t speak English and pulled into a van because you didn’t arrange for my transfer properly.

Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
Your business model, where someone plans the trip and someone else makes the arrangements, led to significant problems with my transfers across the board. Also, travel agent was difficult to reach once you had my money and very unresponsive - some emails she never even responded to, like the one about tipping private drivers.
