The top of the Base of Towers hike! Chiloe Refugia was also a great experience, beautiful hotel.

Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
You need hiking poles but no need to carry them as they are provided at all the hotels we stayed in. We were advised by Swoop to carry them but I'm glad we did not. Plan the trip such that you don't have large hikes on consecutive days to allow for rest. Pre book spa and restaurant appointments. Our first night at Las Torres, we did not get a restaurant reservation.
Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
Access to customer service rep on Whatsapp would be nice, instead of only email or having to log into the adventure planner.
