Tell us about Torres del Paine
The park not only has beautiful landscape but also unexpected animal sightings. There are so much efforts from locals and people who love this land go into maintain the beautiful park as it is today. It is a once in a lifetime experience.
Tell us about the Trekking
Cata was the best Chilean guide anyone could be asking for in Torres Del Paine. She is knowledgeable, experienced and shows an endearing honesty. The trip would not have been the same without her. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is visiting.
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
Get advices from Swoop if not sure about packing layers, as Patagonia weather changes 4 seasons a day. Most patagonia tap waters are delicious, and I did not find the need to drink from stream water Be courteous to share trail with other travelers and be responsible for ones own trash while traveling inside the park.
Has your experience changed your perspective in any way?
The experience has shown me how locals love and care for this land and doing their best to preserve the lives and beauties of Torres Del Paine. Unfortunately, it is not the same in some other countries.
