Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
I requested to change the boat tickets to 5 pm so that we can come to PN early. We were ok to pay for a private van. Swoop said that they can't change the boat ticket. However, we met other guys, and their company helped them to change boats tickets. It would have made things a bit easier for us but it's not big deal. The customer experience support is only via email that takes multiple days to get an answer. WhatsApp support would be great.
How prepared and excited for Patagonia did you feel?
Preparation was ok. Was more excited than I thought after landing at El Calafate.
