How prepared and excited for Patagonia did you feel?
I was well prepared but still hurt my ankle :-(
Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
We were unable to do the kayak part of our trip as I injured my ankle and we did not get any of the money back. We also did not get money back for the hotel room we did not use. While I understand that it is difficult to cancel things, we travelled from far to come there and it would have been good to get some token money back for the activities we were unable to do.
