Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
Luis, our guide, was excellent. He was knowledgeable about the area and maintained a good repour with each member of our group. While our trip was not overly difficult or dangerous, he did a great job making sure everyone was doing OK while not being obvious about. Marcel, our driver, was a lot of fun even though he did not speak English. He felt like a member of our team even if he could not verbally communicate with us.
How prepared and excited for Patagonia did you feel?
While our trip did not require much planning giving the low key nature of the excursions, Swoop did a great job with videos and other materials to make sure we knew what to exepct.
