Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
Everything went pretty smoothly. However, it would be nice to be notified when our itinerary changes. I believe it was updated with little details a couple times after I downloaded it just prior to the trip. So I ended up emailing for help just to be told to check the online itinerary. Just being alerted to a change via email would be helpful to know to redownload it
