Our guide Kata was fantastic! Swoop gives a lot of information prior to the trek but it is for every trek and stay, I would recommend tailoring your email to what trek and stay the client is taking, this will help w expectations and packing.
How prepared and excited for Patagonia did you feel?
I overpacked due to not knowing exactly what my accommodations offered in terms of heat.
