What was your most memorable moment?
Y family's experience in Patagonia was the best! From the Lake Grey glacier boat ride to the mountain hikes to the delicous food and wine, it was wonderful to soak up everything this special place has to offer. The tour team at Remota was one of the best we've ever had. We have to take a moment to highlight Nacho (Ignacio) and Cris (Cristobal). They were so generous, funny, kind and went above and beyond. They taught us a lot about the area, its history and answered all of our questions.

Tell us about the Excursions
The tour team at Remota was one of the best we've ever had. We have to take a moment to highlight Nacho (Ignacio) and Cris (Cristobal). They were so generous, funny, kind and went above and beyond. They taught us a lot about the area, its history and answered all of our questions. On our Torres del Paine day, Cris found a unique place along the Serrano river to have a gorgeous picnic with a view of the mountains. During our Torres del Paine tour, the Remota truck broke down during the last hour (through no fault of their own) but we were in safe hands. Another Remote guide came with a bus within an hour and picked us all up. During that time, we simply made a picnic, enjoyed good conversation and the beautiful scenery. On a personal note, Nacho helped us book an additional, small horse ride experience for our 10 year old son (who got too nervous the first time to do the group trail ride) and to see his smiling face and confidence on the horse made our week.
