Tell us about Tierra Patagonia
Perfect Room great with wonderful space, lighting , bathroom. It was more than my expectations. Trips were either too easy or 12 miles or more. Need more intermediate plus trips. My very small compaint was that they serve a cup of soup with a very large spoon, I would request soup spoons. I would not say this but they pursued quality in so many dining details. Another very small detail is that the quality of music seemed to be picked by the interest of someone who is 20. Since you appeal to a very wealthy clientele, mostly 50 plus surely a elderly music person could pick the music. I really felt it was being played for the staff. These are very tiny details, we would love to return or go to other of their properties.

A wildlife guide would be nice, but frankly we were there for landscape.

My major difficulty was that the money tranfer took like 12 days to tranfer. Although we sent it to your address which was a bank in the USA, and we had confirmation that it was received by the bank, somehow it took 11 days to be recognised after it had been received by your bank. I was having the monies traced when it was deposited to be applied to my individual bill.
Has your experience changed your perspective in any way?
We want to go back to south America again. Specifically Chile, Argentina and Peru.

How prepared and excited for Patagonia did you feel?
We were over prepared. We took way too much. For example we read or was told that argentina was more formal, nobody wore shots and good shoes to be worn. What we saw was lots of shorts and Tevas. I went to a two star Michelin restaurant for dinner and to my shock I was the only person in sports jacket or even a tie.
