What was your most memorable moment?
During return flight from Puerto Natales being able view Southern Patagonian Ice Field for many miles. Amazing!

Tell us about Hotel Las Torres
I covered much of my hotel comments in earlier section. Basically, a very nice hotel and I enjoyed staying there, but I would not rate it as outstanding. Reception staff were very nice and helpful, bar and casual dining area staff were often quite slow and inattentive, although always polite. Restaurant staff varied - most were great, but sometimes there was an inattention to diners there, too. Breakfasts in the restaurant were very good. Dinner options ranged from unique and outstanding to boring, and in one case, the fish I ordered was inedible, but chef apparently insisted it was fresh (it had definitely spoiled).
Tell us about the Excursions
I enjoyed all of the excursions I went on and had the advantage that the weather most days was excellent. Most of the tour guides were informative and engaged and I found them all generally helpful and friendly. Drivers for the excursions that required driving were also very nice.
How prepared and excited for Patagonia did you feel?
I felt well-prepared. Swoop's packing guide and other travel information were very helpful.
