Disclosure is poor - no financial breakdown, not easy to get questions answered in a timely fashion, final information came ONE DAY before the trip started and at my request. High cost for an average service - there are plenty of competitors and many provide better information and service at a fraction of the cost and even with benefits accruing from their relationships - ensuring a better experience for the customer. WhatsApp is helpful and local teams were more responsive.
