Operator's Itinerary

Day 1: Transfer from Santiago or SCL Airport to La Casona Matetic Vineyard; Lunch; Biodynamic Winery Tour; 5-course dinner with wine pairing 

In Santiago, either from the airport or the city, a driver will pick you up and take you to the La Casona Matetic (approximately 90 minutes). 

After a leisurely check-in to your room and welcome cocktail, you can take your 5-course meal with wine pairing as lunch or dinner.  

The afternoon will likely involve a biodynamic tour with wine tasting and relaxing at the vineyard in the sun, shade or by the pool. Be sure to stroll through the lovely gardens and look out for the unique Chilean palm trees found only in this region. 

In the evening, enjoy excellent food, conversation and (more) varieties of wine.

Day 2: Morning activity (walking/cycling from the property); À la carte lunch and dinner

After breakfast, you can explore the surrounding area on foot or via bike. These activities are not strenuous and generally take around two hours. 

Lunch and dinner will be selected from the à la carte menu.

Day 3: Transfer to Santiago Airport or city centre

In the morning, you will be taken back to Santiago by private vehicle (driver only) to Santiago International Airport for your onward flight home or southwards to Patagonia.
