Amazing! It's a land of immense beauty, I've seen nothing like this. We saw Fitz Roy in the best weather possible and it takes your breath away. Grueling hike to the base of the towers in Torres del Paine brings a magical moment of first seeing them in the clearing in the clouds and staying in full view.

Our trip was excellent. The highlight for Kate was kayaking down the Serrano river. For Rahul, the best thing was the hike to the base of the towers. The landscape was one-of-a-kind. On top of that, we hit the jackpot with our group, and everybody was a pleasure to be around.

Every 5 minutes we had a completely different view. You could have a cloud a gale force winds hitting a mountain top from one side, but clear blue skies on the other. The people we met who had also booked through Dittmar made the trip particularly brilliant.

The trek was extremely challenging, both physically and mentally. The landscapes are incredible. The people I met were likeminded and a pleasure to be with. I think, the terrain was the biggest surprise in terms of the difficulty levels associated with ascent/descent and underfoot.
