Trip Itinerary: Beach Luxury After Patagonia Adventure
Buenos Aires
Days 1-3 - On arrival into Buenos Aires you will be collected from the airport and transferred to your hotel. You will have two and a half days to explore the architecture, museums, restaurants, cafes and markets of this fascinating city. (Included is a 4 hour 1/2 day guided city tour and an evening Tango show). See our blog post about things to do for inspiration of what to do in your free time.
Hotel: Hotel Boutique Legado Mitico, all 3 nights
Iguazu Falls
Day 4 - You will have a morning transfer from your hotel in Buenos Aires to the domestic airport. A short flight takes you to the jungle town of Puerto Iguazu. From here you will be collected and driven straight over to Brazil to explore the Brazilian side of the Iguazu falls. This side of the falls give you a magnificent panorama of the whole falls and a glimpse up to the Devils Throat. You will be taken to your hotel in Argentina for an early evening dip in your hotel swimming pool.
Day 5 - The following day will begin with an early pick-up and transfer into the Argentinean Iguazu Falls National Park. During the day, with your guide, you will follow a number of different walking circuits to take you deep into the numerous waterfalls. There is also an optional boat trip that takes you right under the San Martin Fall - if you do this boat trip, you will get wet!
Hotel: Hotel Panoramico, Puerto Iguazu, both nights
Yacutinga Jungle Lodge
Days 6-7 - You will be picked up and driven deep into the jungle to this eco lodge which sits in perfect harmony with nature. The journey here is an excursion in itself. The lodge's expert guides will take you out on a full day excursion hiking through the jungle to see the bird life and plants, or take a guided kayak trip down one of the many tributaries. (All meals included)
Hotel: Yacutinga Jungle Lodge, both nights
Brazil's Beaches
Days 8-11 - You will be transferred back to Puerto Iguazu where you'll take a 2 hour flight to Sao Paulo, and then driven for 4 hours to the incredibly stunning, verdant Atlantic coast. This hotel is set in a very small, colonial fishing village, once only accessible by the sea. Spend your days relaxing in the lodge, lounging on the beach, surfing, paddle boarding or heading out to sea on the lodge's own sailing boat. (All meals included)
Hotel: Picinguaba Lodge, Brazil, all 3 nights
Rio de Janeiro
Days 12-14 - A 4 hour drive takes you along the emerald coast into the bustling, diverse, vibrant city of Rio de Janerio where you'll have two full days to visit the Christ Redeemer Statue, the Sugarloaf mountain, sip cocktails on Copacabana beach and dance samba until the small hours! Your hotel, located on Copacabana beach, will be perfect for an early morning dip. (Included is a 4 hour 1/2 day city tour).
Hotel: Porto Bay Hotel, all 3 nights
